Return Policy

For other product, if it is defective or not to your satisfaction, you can return it for exchange or refund. When returning product, you should contact us to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number within 14 days of receipt the product. Then return the product in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7 days of obtaining the RMA number at your expense of shipping charge. We will send you a replacement or refund the purchase amount less shipping and handling charges incurred. Some products may not be available for replacement, and may, at our discretion be exchanged for an item of equal value.
